Issues Converting Email to PDF
Common settings issues with Adobe & Outlook.
Users will see the following when opening the pdf that was converted by Adobe within Outlook.

Please ensure that your Outlook has been updated before starting these steps. You can find out how to update your Outlook HERE
Step 1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
Step 2. Find the Adobe PDF button on your toolbar towards the top of Outlook. Click on the button.

Step 3. A new set of options will be shown once the Adobe PDF button has been clicked. Within these new options, find and click the "Change Conversion Settings"

Step 4. The Adobe PDFMaker settings dialog box will open. Ensure that "Output Adobe PDF Portfolio when creating a new PDF file is unchecked" Once this has been unchecked, click the okay button and restart Outlook.

Conclusion:
This setting is automatically turned on and needs to be turned off. Once the previous steps have been completed the user should no longer see the first image posted above, but see the converted PDF instead.
