Turning on Message Threads (Grouping) in Outlook Mobile App
In this article, we will walk through the steps to turn on and off Organizing your emails by Thread in the Outlook iOS Mobile App.
- Open the Outlook Menu
- Select the Cog (Gear) icon to open the Settings Menu
- Scroll down to "Organize by Thread"
- Toggle on/off the "Organize By Thread" slider
- When the slider is Blue, you have "Organize By Thread" enabled and your messages will be grouped by that message thread.
