Outlook Contacts Missing
Please try the following steps:
- Open the Outlook app
- Tap on the circle in the top left corner
- Tap on the Settings icon in the bottom left corner
- Select your DEEM Office 365account
- Check to see if your Save Contacts settings are on
- If it is on and you don't have your contacts yet, turn it off and delete the contacts
- Once that is done, wait a few seconds and turn the save contacts feature back on. You will be asked if you'd like to save your contacts to your phone; make sure you allow this.
- You might also be asked what to do with Outlook contacts already saved on your device; in this case, we must select Delete from iPhone to download them again. No data will be lost.

- You should see a message notifying you of your contacts being saved. Once that message disappears, your contacts should be finished downloading.
- Tap the top left icons to leave this menu and return to your inbox. You can now check your phone for missing contacts.
