How to set up Windows app

To begin you will need the Windows app from the DEEM Apps store.

Once you have the app downloaded, open it and at the top right of the screen, select the + plus icon and add a PC

On the following list, select Hostname or IP Address.

Include your computer name in the following format. You can find this on the Property of DEEM Asset Tag sticker on your machine, where a 4-digit number is displayed.

• For Desktops: Your computer name starts with DMDT (Deem Desktop), followed by your 4-digit number.

• For Laptops: Your computer name starts with DMLT (Deem Laptop), followed by your 4-digit number.

Complete the name with .deemfirst.com

Example:

If your asset tag number is 0000, your computer name will be:

• Desktop: DMDT0000.deemfirst.com

• Laptop: DMLT0000.deemfirst.com

Once you have entered your computer name, tap the back arrow

Back on the Add PC page, select No Gateway Configured

Select Add Gateway and enter the following information.

Gateway Name: dmgate01.deemfirst.com

Press Save

Make sure your settings line up and select save when finished

You will see your PC added to the home page, select it, and you will be asked to fill in your credentials and accept the DUO prompt when notified.

You will soon be connected to your device.
