Reinstall SC Provider (Service Channel)
Locate your SC Provider application
Hold your finger over the app until you see the Remove App prompt
Select Remove App
Select Delete App

Confirm the deletion
Open Deem Apps and search for Service Channel
After you select Install, back out to your home screen
